GameBoy Color
I got a GameBoy Color and Pokemon Yellow Version on my fifth birthday and that was my introduction to video games; and I still play pokemon to this day
Nintendo 64
When my brother was old enough to play video games too we got a nintendo 64 so we could play together. I think my early exposure to mainly nintendo shaped my taste today.
Play Station 2
One day, our N64 blew up. Seriously - there was a loud pop and the console started smoking and obviously stopped working after that. We then got a Play Station 2, where I was introduced to games that looked like real life.
GameBoy Advance / Nintendo DS
I always loved Pokemon, so I got each gameboy model to keep up with the games. The original Nintendo DS was awesome because the GameBoy Advance cartridges still worked in the system as well as the DS game chips.
Xbox 360
I got an Xbox 360 in high school, when the online video game craze really started. My friend and I spent countless hours playing Halo and Call of Duty
Nintendo Switch
I bought a Switch to keep up with the Pokemon line, and my nintendo nostalgia. For a handheld game console the switch has a pretty amazing game library.
