A Hobby with High Hopes

I didn't really start cooking until I had to - I was broke and living on my own! It is way too expensive to eat out three times a day! I started out plain and boring - bacon and eggs, chicken and rice, repeat. Then I struck gold - Netflix cooking shows! I have watched everything there is to watch on Netflix if you search for cooking or baking. Most recently I watched The Great American BBQ Challenge, which was excellent, and my ALL-TIME favorite television series is Parts Unknown with (RIP) Anthony Bourdain. My dream is to one day to save up enough money to buy either a food truck or small cafe and sell coffee, breakfast sandwiches and bowls, and then for lunch sandwiches made from meats smoked in house.
